As soon as you check out, your order will be picked and shipped out during weekdays. No fulfillment of order will be done on weekends and local public holidays as our warehouse is closed.

Registered Airmail

If you ordered with registered airmail, please know that once the shipment leaves our warehouse there is no way we can accurately tell you where it is. 

It takes 3-5 weeks for delivery and tracking number will be provided. However, please be aware that the update on the website could be delayed by post office sometimes. We are not able to locate your package accurately once it is cleared from the custom and out for delivery as 3rd party postal service involved (your local post office).

If you wish the receive your package quickly, we encourage you to select express shipping method.

Express Shipping (DHL, Aramex)
We prefer to use Express shipping for it's reliability. It usually takes 3-7 days to deliver. However there may be delay in customs clearance and there may be duties involved. We currently offer DHL and Aramex as shipping methods. We offer different express shipping methods for different countries.

USPS shipping will usually take 2 weeks.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any kind of replacement or refund for inconvenience in taste as taste differ for each individual and how the flavour reflects on their palate.

Items that has been seized by customs wont be refunded.

However, if there is the mistake from  which we sent the wrong orders item to you, we will exchange it for you without extra service cost.
